What do you like about being a caregiver?
What I like most about being a caregiver is I don't feel like this is a job to me.
This is a daily going to visit my friends and spending the day with wonderful people and talking to people that have had life experiences that I don't have and probably never will have. Learning from them.
Just being with people that are good and kind and I get such a connection with these people. And I love it.
What do you like about working at Home Helpers of Bradenton?
The fact that you guys care about us as people, not just as employees. I have never been happier at a job as I have been with this company.
And the fact that I can go to work and not feel like I'm working and know that you guys have my back if there's something going on, if there's a place I'm not comfortable in. If somebody's not comfortable with me, you guys have my back. And I can turn to you all for anything. And it's always, it just makes me glad. I don't think I'm ever gonna quit.
