On the Go Therapy Services
- Are you or your loved one currently receiving in-home physical or occupational therapy services through a home health agency? Would you like to continue receiving services after those services through the home health agency have ended?
- Do you or your loved one currently use assistive devices in the home (e.g. walker, cane, wheelchair) and think you may benefit from in-home physical or occupational therapy services?
On the Go Therapy Services is a provider of outpatient therapy services
that are administered in the home. For many of our clients, these services
are paid for by their Medicare Part B plan at no expense to them. Call
On the Go Therapy Services to determine if you are eligible for therapy
services paid for by Medicare Part B and to learn how to receive a FREE
in-home safety and equipment assessment.
