Senior's Fair & Mayor's Picnic. Home Helpers employees had a great day at the mayor's picnic meeting new people and providing education on senior services. Patti Jo comes from a wealth of experience as a director of assisted living facilities.

Home Helpers Aid wins Alzheimer's Tennessee Caring Hearts award. The Caring Hearts award was presented at the luncheon by Mary Lyn Goodman, Board President and Senator, Becky Duncan-Massey.
The Carter Senior Center just make the trek to Las Vegas with many of their seniors participaing in the Health Event. Included is a picture with Pam Holt, our Las Vegas winner.
Three sisters that are competing in our Home Helpers "Carter Seniors Are Going Places" competition! Thank you for the wonderful T-shirts! Everyone is really staying motivated (these three are coming in twice a day!!) and looking forward to a fun field trip to the James White Fort.
The first person to reach Key West with the Going Places program! He was presented with a gift certificate to Bayou Bay Seafood House. Williamsburg VA is the next stop and a trip to the James White Fort in Knoxville planned for spring break! This is a program developed by the senior center to promote healty lifestyles. We're excited to be part of it.
Home Helpers joins in the Veteran's Day Parade on a picture-perfect day. Home Helpers of East TN proudly honored all veterans by participating in the parade and showing the American spirit through the beautiful Chevrolet convertible that carried retired military personnel and a military wife.
