As an extension to my blog about our Community Warriors collaboration to help seniors and our communities, I would like to share more about one of my “Power Partners” and me.

Please allow me to introduce myself! I am Debbie Humphrey and I have lived in the Clearwater area for over 30 years. I have a 22-year financial management background, and I am a Certified Senior Advisor. Additionally, I participate with many local non-profits as a board member and/or volunteer.
Since founding Home Helpers Clearwater, my goal has been simple - to provide exceptional in-home care to those in need of a compassionate, helping hand. I am grateful that what began as a simple idea - making life easier, one person at a time - has grown and evolved over the years.

Cathy Forrise, Family Home Health Care, Skilled Home Health Care
It’s my pleasure to introduce “Power Partner,” Cathy Forrise. Cathy has worked in the home health care field for 12 years, and she has been an integral member of the Family Home Health Services team for more than five years. Cathy and her team provide in-home health care that is covered 100% by Medicare.
Family Home Health Services provides skilled care in nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, as well as assistance from home health aides and social workers. We, too, treat all of our patients like family, with compassion and respect.
As a Medicare-certified accredited provider, Cathy and her team partner with hospitals, care facilities and physicians within the community to provide continuity of care to patients. By working with these local facilities, they can coordinate and identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes.
Cathy and her team are committed to providing compassionate, collaborative, best-in-class clinical care, thereby enabling their patients numerous opportunities to achieve their individual goals.
