We could sing praises about Barbara all day! We're proud to say that she's our June 2022 Exceptional Caregiver of the month. This is her 3rd time receiving the Exceptional Caregiver of the Month award! Caring is truly in her heart, and she is grateful for the opportunity to help others in our community. She has been a glowing member of our senior care team since March 2019 and was our agency's Exceptional Caregiver of the Year last year.
When I sat down with Barbara in the office in May, she had joyful tears when we talked about why exactly she loves what she does. She values her clients just as much as they value her.

- She is a Manatee County native.
- Her hobbies included gardening (i.e. flowers, herbs, vegetables), sewing, and walking.
- Her favorite foods are fried chicken and seafood.
- Something you wouldn't know about Barbara unless she told you is that she is an ordained minister! Her father was a pastor and her faith has always been an important aspect of her life.
