Home Helpers of Bradenton is dedicated to creating a better life each and every day for members of our community to remain independent in their homes and communities. We do this through our caregiving services, medical alert services, and live wellness check phone calls, as well as informative & educational online content.
We created this short video that includes more information about who we are, what we do, and why we do what we do. If you have any questions about home care, give us a call at (941) 999-1960.

Hi, I'm Jonathan Marsh. And I'm the owner of Home Helpers of Bradenton. At Home Helpers, we're a licensed Florida home health agency, serving seniors and individuals with disabilities in Manatee County, Florida.
Our mission at Home Helpers is to help our clients live a better life each and every day so that they can continue to live safely and independently at home. I created Home Helpers back in 2015 to help our Manatee County community.
I dedicated this agency to both my late grandmother and my late cousin. I saw firsthand the challenges that both of them experienced when my grandmother needed care and my cousin was a primary caregiver. And I learned from that situation that these surfaces are just as important for family members and family caregivers as they are for the person being cared for themself.
At Home Helpers, we provide a variety of services: from caregiving services, to medical alert services, to live wellness check phone calls. Our caregiving services include activities such as companionship, meal preparation, lighthouse keeping, assisting with errands, assisting with transportation to appointments, and medication reminders.
We can also assist with personal hygiene-related activities such as assisting with bathing, feeding, dressing, transferring, and ambulation. We oftentimes will package together our caregiving services with our medical alert services and wellness check phone calls so that our clients feel safe and independent at home 24 hours a day, seven days a week even when a caregiver is not present. Again, peace of mind for our clients and their family members alike.
At Home Helpers, we are not a caregiver referral service. We want to give our clients and their family members peace of mind with regular monitoring of services, regular communication, regular updates to care plans, ongoing training for our staff, and an emphasis on safety. And with all of our workers being employees and not contractors, we have a workers comp insurance policy in place as well as a general liability policy in place not only to protect our workers, but to also give maximum protection for our clients and their families. Again, allowing for that peace of mind.
We also like to call ourselves the long-term care insurance specialists. With our six-step process, we can help our clients understand their long-term care insurance policies, understand the elimination period, and how to potentially reduce the cost associated with the elimination period, and also directly interact with the insurance companies.
We also love our veterans. We have a contract that allows us to service veterans on VA health plans. We also leverage our community partners to help our veterans with the Aid and Attendance pension benefit that will pay for our services at no cost to the veterans.
If you need our help or have questions about Home Helpers or home care in general, feel free to give us a call at 941-499-5946. Or check us out on our website at www.homehelpershomecare.com/bradenton. Take care. And I'll talk to you soon.
