We here at Home Helpers are thankful for our compassionate caregiving staff. This month, we would like to recognize our staff member, Debora, as our July 2019 Exceptional Caregiver of the Month!
"I love making a difference in the lives of my clients" is what Debora said to the office staff when she recently came in for her award. Just recently, we received a letter from a family member of one of her clients regarding her passion and commitment to taking care of others.
We would like to thank Debora for all her hard work and dedication she has shown with Home Helpers. She has such a warm and caring heart and is very committed to her clients. Her goal is to go above and beyond each and every day with each of her clients. She certainly embodies our BOLD Senior Care Values:
- Bring your passions every day
- Own your results
- Love what you do
- Driven by excellence
We cannot say enough about having Debora as part of the team. "When Debora was hired, she was new to caregiving. However, she displayed an affinity for this type of work and picked things up quickly. Everything just came naturally to her. We are very honored to have her with us," said Jonathan Marsh, Owner of Home Helpers of Bradenton.
With this award, Debora has received a special gift from Home Helpers of Bradenton and has also been nominated for consideration for the Home Helpers of Bradenton Exceptional Caregiver of the Year, the Tampa Bay Home Helpers' Home Helpers Exceptional Caregiver of the Year, and the national Home Helpers Home Care Exceptional Caregiver of the Year.
- She loves pasta!
- She is originally from New York. She moved to Bradenton in January of 2001. She made the decision to move here after falling in love with the area when vacationing here.
- She met her husband in 2002 and they became married in 2012.
- Something you wouldn't know about Debora unless she told you is that she is afraid of big rides, especially roller coasters, at the theme parks!
