We're proud to offer our Employee Recognition Program to our staff for helping to maintain and grow the agency. This is accomplished both through referrals and doing a great job with your clients, day in and day out.

Employee Referral Bonus: $200!

Earn $200 for referring someone you know! At Home Helpers of Bradenton, we have a great employee referral program where we ask existing employees to recommend great caregiver candidates. This allows us to find and hire the best talent from your existing networks!

Client Referral Bonus: $200!

Earn $200 for referring a new private pay client.

Perfect Attendance and Compliance Bonus drawing: $100!

All caregivers with perfect attendance and compliance for the month will be entered into a monthly drawing to receive a $100 bonus. All active caregivers (currently working hours) are eligible to be entered into the drawing for this award on a monthly basis.
