Home Helpers of West Chase has proudly partnered with Veterans Care Coordination® to help families learn more about the VA benefit Pension with Aid and Attendance.
This special benefit from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is for low-income wartime Veterans and their Surviving Spouses who require regular assistance with activities of daily living. This benefit may help pay for home care services, allowing these Veterans and their surviving spouses to remain independent in their own homes.
Veterans Care Coordination® (VCC) was founded in 2011 to assist Veterans and their families and has successfully helped over 14,000 Veterans and surviving spouses since then. VCC offers support to clients and home care partners, providing ongoing communication to address any concerns or issues. From initial screening and application to ongoing care coordination and eligibility maintenance, the experienced and expert VCC team supports the client throughout the process.
