• In-Home Consultation: At no cost or obligation, we will come to you. We want to get to know you and talk about your challenges and needs. It is only then, that we can begin to make recommendations and present you with appropriate options.
• Safety Check: Is your home safe for you to age in place? We will perform a safety check to make sure your home is safe and sound. We will not accept a client until we have been in the home and understand as much as possible about the needs, situation, and environment. Our concern is for your (or your loved one’s) safety and comfort. We want to be sure we know as much as possible about the situation before we put a plan in place.
• Caregiver Match: We are not a staffing company. We won’t send just anyone into your home. Once we know your circumstances and have spent some time with you, we will place the most compatible caregiver to help you with what you need. Our caregivers become extended members of the family and we ensure that your loved one is placed with a compassionate, attentive caregiver that will provide the services your loved one needs. All of our caregivers are employees, not contractors. They have all gone through extensive background checks and training. They are also supported 24/7 by an RN and Client Care DIrector so you can be sure any concerns are able to be addressed immediately and properly.
