Our Full-Time Field Supervisors continuously monitor the care of all our clients and provide emergency backup coverage if necessary.
We Tailor A And Flexible Care Plan For Each Client Based On Individual Needs and Budget
We offer FLEXIBLE scheduling and SHORTER SHIFTS than most agencies. While many agencies require 4-hour minimum shifts, we understand that some clients need just an hour or two of care. We create each Care Plan during a comprehensive face-to-face interview with the client and their family. We will respect your home, property, privacy and, most importantly, the privilege of caring for you or your family member. We want to know how YOU want things done.
Our Caregivers Are The Heart Of Our Agency
Our Caregivers are compassionate and caring Home Health Aides, Personal Care Attendants, and Homemakers. Our Caregivers are our Employees, not ‘independent contractors.’ They are thoroughly screened, bonded and insured by us. We are responsible for their liability insurance, worker’s compensation, and employment taxes.
We carefully match our Caregivers to each client’s unique style and needs. Every Caregiver is thoroughly oriented to each client’s situation and Care Plan prior to placement. We provide on-going supervision and individualized training for all caregivers to continue to meet the needs of each client.
