Dear Barbara,
I wanted to pass along my personal appreciation for the care provided over the past year to my father, Thomas, by your staff especially Jenna and Houla.
They provided great care to my dad and much comfort and relief for my mom. Their professionalism and compassion were evident from day 1. When my brothers and sisters and I left at night, we never had to worry about our dad. Through our collective efforts we managed to keep my dad living independently, which was very important to us in this pandemic environment.
Our dad was a man of faith, and we believe that Houla and especially Jenna were instruments of the Holy Spirit in providing answers to prayers requesting comfort and care for our dad while his health declined this past year.
