The employment criteria for Home Helpers are of the highest in the home care industry. Each caregiver is carefully selected and must satisfy the rigorous employment criteria, which include:
Caregivers are W2, not contracted employees
Comprehensive interview process / Previous employment checks
Reference checks / Felony & Misdemeanor Conviction check (7 years)
Full Competency Testing
MVA history check
Verification of insurability
Fidelity bonding/employee ($25,000) & general liability insurance ($1,000,000) and Workers Compensation Insurance
ClearCare scheduling software improves client /caregiver match and utilizes EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) to track caregiver hours, including real time monitoring
