Franchisee of the Year
Home Helpers of San Mateo County named the Home Helpers International Franchise Association’s “Franchisee of the Year!”
The award was presented during the Franchise Action Network’s Annual Meeting in Washington, DC in September 2017.
Mitch and Peggy’s dedication to clients, team members and their San Mateo, California community continues to grow and flourish. As innovators, they are always seeking ways to operate more efficiently, but constantly with an eye toward providing the best possible care to their clients. This quest to discover new ways to provide the best service is one reason Mitch serves as Chair of the Home Helpers Innovation Council, along with his longtime willingness to share new tactics with fellow HH owners. In addition, both Peggy and Mitch are active in the Platinum Group and the CEO Masters Club, further proving their dedication to the industry and the brand.
Mitch and Peggy also work hard to be a voice for our industry in California.
By staying abreast of and knowledgeable about that state’s many
regulatory changes, Mitch has proven to be an excellent leader as
President of the California state chapter of the HCAOA.
We are enriched because they remain dedicated to the Home Helpers owners’
community in general. Recently, their office became a new certified training
center on the West Coast—again, sharing their experiences with new owners.
Their lessons should carry added weight, too, as
in both 2016 and 2017, Mitch and Peggy’s office has earned “Leader
in Excellence,” “Provider of Choice” and “Employer
of Choice” designations from Home Care Pulse, plus they were the
winners of the 2017 Home Helpers CEO Award this year in San Diego.
Now, they can add the Home Helpers International Franchise Association’s
“Franchisee of the Year” award to their long list of honors—congratulations again!
